Wouldn't it be nice if you could fit our power supplies into your equipment using the mounting points, plates and brackets that come as standard; but we all know with all the different shapes and sizes of power supplies and equipment it is no jigsaw.
We work with our mechancial engineering and design partners in AutoCAD and Pro-E to lower product development costs and ensure a shortened design cycle. Using these tools we can design anything from a mounting plate to a full enclosure to ensure our power supplies fit into your equipment just as it should.
We use 3D Simulation to give you a better idea of how the finished unit will look.
We will then transfer this design into a functioning sample in mild steel, stainless, aluminium or zintec for your approval and then create production quality samples with zinc plating with colour passivate finish, powder coating, electroplating, anodising or other corrosion protection finish to ensure it is just right.
