New to our LED lighting power supply range is the CEN-100 Series; a metal cased led lighting power supply with active power factor correction, IP66 protection levels, wide range 90~295VAC input voltage and adjustable constant voltage and constant current modes. The new mechanical design of CEN-100 gives it a full aluminium case, stainless steel screws and water proof cables ensuring it can easily meet IP66 requirements and removes the need for potting compound, therefore reducing the overall cost of the unit.
Other key benefits of the new mechanical design are the waterproof adjustment points in the upper cover; allowing the output current to be adjusted by 75~ 100% or the output voltage by ±10% without the need to remove the cover. The simplified single stage PFC topology also ensures that the high power factor requirements of the lighting industry can be achieved economically.
CEN-100 Series
CEN-100 Series possesses up to 91% high efficiency, allowing it to be cooled using only free air convection from -30°C to +70°C ambient temperature, and meets outdoor working requirements all over the world. The 90 ~ 295VAC wide input range ensures suitability for use worldwide, and in particular for the 277VAC public power system in North America. The built in active PFC circuit meets the norms of harmonic current, as per EN61000-3-2 Class C and also meets the requirement of PF>0.9 if loading is over 60%. The units are also equipped with 4KV surge immunity to EN61000-4-5, which complies with the requirements of street lighting applications.
Other standard features include constant voltage and constant current operation modes, short circuit, over load, over voltage and over temperature protections as well as approvals to UL8750, EN61347-2-13, EN55015, EN61547 lighting related regulations. Typical applications include LED street lighting, LED decorative lighting, and general indoor/ outdoor LED-based lighting applications.
