The main emphasis for this role is to:
- Provide you with response to product/service enquiries
- Assist in sourcing the best product for your needs
- Receive your comments, suggestions and praise and resolve any areas of concern
- Keeping your records up to date on our systems
- Maintaining regular contact
The primary benefit derived from the Customer Care role, is that you will have a direct point of contact so that all your needs are taken care of. Requests will be followed through to a satisfactory conclusion, and follow-up is regular and consistent.
The new Member of our Team
Daniel comes to us with over 5 years experience in customer service roles, in various industries, and will be dedicated to assisting you with all product and service needs.
Working closely with the existing members of our sales team he will administer the day-to-day operations of the customer services department doing research and problem solving and with the innate desire to get to know our customers and resolve any problem we feel he will bring a valuable contribution to the area.
