CLG-60 and PLN-60 Series are 60W AC/DC enclosed type switching power supply with universal AC input and active PFC function. These limited power sources comply with UL1310 Class II that under any situation the output power will be less than 100VA to 5A. The high IP level design (IP67 for CLG-60 & IP64 for PLN-60 Series) can protect the electronic components from dust and moisture damage and making it useable for indoor and outdoor applications.
60W Single Output Class 2 Power Units
Thanks to the simplified single stage PFC topology the required high power factor for the lighting industry can be achieved economically. Efficiencies for CLG-60 and PLN-60 are as high as 88% and hence can operate between -30°C and +70°C using only free air convection.
Standard functions include short circuit, over load, over voltage and over current protections. Typical applications for these new Class 2 power units include moving signs and back lighting, LED based decorative/architectural lighting, LED stage and theater lighting and LED electronic displays.
