Description
The CB2420A is a 24V 25A DIN-rail mount battery charger featuring Adel System’s advanced Battery Care philosophy. Designed with a 5-stage IUoU charging algorithm (Recovery, Bulk, Absorption, Boost, Float), it supports Open Lead Acid, Sealed Lead Acid, GEL, Ni-Cd, and Li-Ion chemistries with real-time auto-diagnostics and status LEDs.Equipped with Modbus RTU communication (via RJ45), the CB2420A enables remote status and fault monitoring. It also features configurable output curves via jumpers, internal and external fuse protection, and automatic switching between boost and float via remote input. Short-circuit protection, reverse polarity detection, and sulfated battery checks are built in.The unit supports a wide input range from 90–305VAC and delivers up to 25A charging current with a high 91% efficiency at half load. Suitable for industrial DC power systems, the CB2420A provides maintenance-free, reliable operation with fault signal outputs and dry contact relays.
