Description
The CB6024A is a compact 24V 3A DIN-rail mounted battery charger and power supply designed for advanced 24V battery systems. Developed with ADELSystem’s Battery Care philosophy, it supports multiple battery chemistries including open/sealed lead acid, gel, and Ni-Cd. The unit delivers precise IUoU charging across five stages—Recovery, Bulk, Absorption, Float, and Refresh—ensuring reliable performance, battery longevity, and safe operation. With automatic diagnostics and protections against reverse polarity, short circuits, and overloads, the CB6024A is ideal for maintaining critical 24V systems in industrial and control environments.It operates on a wide input voltage range of 100–240–277VAC (90–305VAC tolerated) and can also be programmed to function as a regulated 24VDC power supply. Status LEDs and volt-free relay outputs provide clear alerts for AC failure, battery fault, and low battery. Wall or DIN-rail mounting is supported in a compact IP20 polycarbonate housing.
