Description
The CBI1235A is a 12V 35A All-in-One DC-UPS module combining power supply, battery charger, backup controller, and diagnostics into a single DIN-rail mounted device. Designed for applications requiring uninterrupted 12VDC power, it delivers up to 35A to the load while simultaneously charging batteries with the same current capacity. It employs IUoU smart charging with 4 programmable stages (Boost, Float, Recovery, and Battery Life Test) supporting a wide range of battery types, including Lead Acid, Gel, Ni-Cd, and Lithium-ion.Its load-first power logic ensures priority delivery to the system load, reducing the need to over-dimension power capacity. The integrated Modbus RTU (RS-485) interface enables real-time communication and monitoring for system integration and remote diagnostics. Protection features include overload, short-circuit, reversed polarity, overtemperature, and battery fault signalling through dry relay contacts. The CBI1235A is ideal for demanding control, industrial, and backup-critical applications.
