The CBI60024A is a high-power, 600W all–in–one DC-UPS designed for 24V systems. Built on DIN-rail architecture, it combines a switching power supply, intelligent battery charger, and uninterruptible backup in one compact module. The unit features built-in Ethernet communications (Modbus TCP/IP, SNMP v3, HTTPS) and supports ADELBus for seamless integration into automation and monitoring networks.Designed for critical uptime environments, the CBI60024A prioritises load power while charging the battery only when capacity allows, optimising energy distribution and eliminating overspecification. It delivers fully uninterrupted backups, handles up to 25 A for both load and battery charging, and supports IUoU multi-stage battery curves with recovery, bulk, absorption, boost, and float phases. Fault protection includes reverse battery polarity and short-circuit protection, while LED indicators and relay outputs provide clear local diagnostics.
