Description
The ICL-16L Series is a 16A inrush current limiter that can be used to reduce the high starting current due to the capacitive or inductive load, which causes the circuit breaker to be falsely triggered. The ICL-16L Series acts as a buffer and allows for more PSUs to be installed on the same AC line without tripping the breaker. This product is most commonly installed in lighting applications where there are multiple PSUs powering individual light fittings on a circuit and where the combined inrush to the PSUs would cause the circuit breaker to trip. This could either be on a conventional lighting circuit or a KNX-controlled circuit.
