Description
The RSD-100 Series is a 100W single-output DC-DC converter designed to meet the demanding standards of railway and industrial systems. Compliant with BS EN/EN50155 and EN45545-2, it features a 2:1 input range and delivers isolated output voltages of 5V, 12V, or 24V.Built to handle harsh environments, it incorporates 4000VDC reinforced isolation, a robust metal case with partial encapsulation, and a low-profile 1U design (36mm height). The unit also uses 105°C-rated long-life electrolytic capacitors and a built-in constant current limiting circuit for safe, reliable operation. An LED indicator confirms power status, and full safety protections include short circuit, overload, overvoltage, and reverse polarity input.Its convection-cooled design and wide input support (24V or 48V ranges) make it an ideal choice for transportation, industrial automation, and communication systems where space and reliability are critical.
