Description
The SDU-100B Series from Sunpower is a high-efficiency 100W U-bracket style DC-DC converter designed for demanding industrial and embedded applications. Accepting a wide 18–56VDC input range, it provides stable, isolated outputs of 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 24V, or 48V with up to 80% efficiency depending on model.Built-in safety features include input reverse polarity protection, over-voltage, overload, and short circuit protection, all safeguarded by soft start functionality and tested under 100% full-load conditions. The output voltage is user-adjustable ±10%, providing flexibility in systems requiring fine tuning.Certified to UL 60950-1 and compliant with major EMC and LVD standards, the SDU-100B Series supports natural cooling up to 80W, with forced-air cooling recommended beyond that. Its compact form factor (133.5 × 84 × 38 mm) and rugged design make it a reliable choice for industrial installations, control panels, and DC-powered devices.
