Description
The MEAN WELL PS-05-12 provides a regulated 12VDC output at 0.45A with 5.4W rated power. Its universal 85–264VAC or 120–370VDC input supports integration into a broad range of electronic equipment, while typical efficiency reaches 75%. Free-air convection provides silent fanless cooling, and low leakage current below 0.5mA supports reliable operation. Built-in short-circuit, overload, over-voltage and over-temperature protection helps protect the power supply and connected equipment. The compact 75 × 40 × 20mm open-frame design operates from -10°C to +60°C and undergoes a 100% full-load burn-in test as part of the manufacturer's reliability-focused design.
