Description
The MEAN WELL PS-05-5 is a compact 5VDC open-frame switching power supply delivering 1A and 5W rated output. It accepts a universal 85–264VAC or 120–370VDC input, making it suitable for integration into equipment operating across a broad range of supply voltages. Typical efficiency is 70%, while free-air convection cooling enables fanless operation. Low leakage current below 0.5mA and built-in short-circuit, overload, over-voltage and over-temperature protection support dependable system operation. The power supply operates from -10°C to +60°C and measures only 75 × 40 × 20mm, providing a compact solution for space-constrained equipment designs.
