The SDU-100BD Series is a high-performance 100W dual output U-bracket DC-DC converter designed for industrial and embedded system applications. Operating from a wide 18–56V DC input range, the series offers models such as the SDU-100BD1 (5V & 12V outputs) and SDU-100BD2 (5V & 24V outputs), each delivering isolated, regulated power to support dual-rail designs.Built for durability, the SDU-100BD integrates protection against reverse polarity, overvoltage, overload, and short circuit faults — all with automatic recovery via hiccup mode. Each unit undergoes a full 100% burn-in test under load, ensuring consistent quality and long service life.Compliant with UL 60950-1, CSA C22.2, CE, and LVD standards, this compact 133.5 x 84 x 38 mm module is convection cooled up to 80W and can reach 100W output with additional forced air. Featuring soft start, full input/output isolation, and a typical efficiency of 72%, it is ideally suited to demanding applications requiring reliable dual-output DC conversion.
