Description
The VFD-350P-230 is a universal variable frequency drive power module providing an integrated power stage, gate drivers and basic VFD sensors such as three-phase output current and temperature sensors. This product can be implemented for a three-phase motor drive solution by coordinating with an external motor drive controller at the logic level and analogue I/O. The power stage input is a single phase full range from 90VAC to 264VAC with PFC function. The 3-phase motor output is up to 240V with 200% peak current capability. The compact size of 5"x3" and fanless design make it easy to integrate into all kinds of motor systems. The VFD-350P-230 is suitable for three-phase motor drives, such as BLDC, Induction motors, and SynRM applications.
