Description
The MEAN WELL BIC-5K-96 is a 5000W bidirectional AC-DC power supply designed for demanding battery and energy storage applications. Delivering 96VDC at up to 52A, it supports both battery charging and energy recovery modes, allowing energy to be returned to the grid during discharge testing. The unit features programmable voltage and current settings, active current sharing, CANBus communication and optional MODBus integration for advanced control and monitoring. Its energy recycle capability helps improve operational efficiency while reducing heat generation and wasted power.
