The SDX-5000-G48 Series is a high-reliability DC-DC power supply range designed for compact 1U systems, supporting demanding ATX12V and EPS configurations. Operating from a 36–72VDC input (typical 48V), it is available in 200W, 250W, and 300W versions (SDX-5200-G48, SDX-5250-G48, and SDX-5300-G48 respectively).Key features include isolated input/output design, built-in protections (overvoltage, overload, short circuit, over temperature), and integrated soft-start for minimal inrush. Outputs include 5V, 3.3V, 12V, -12V, and standby 5Vsb rails, making it ideal for ATX-compliant applications. The unit supports forced air cooling, reaches efficiencies up to 78%, and provides ATX-compatible signals like PS-ON and Power Good.Built to perform under harsh conditions, it operates up to 70°C (with derating above 50°C) and up to 4000m altitude. It is housed in a 1U-compatible form factor (180 x 100 x 40.5 mm for 200W/250W and 205 mm length for 300W) and holds certifications for safety and EMC compliance across international markets.
