MDS20B-12 is a 20W isolated and regulated module type medical grade DC-DC converter with 2″x1″ package.
It features international standard pins, a high efficiency of up to 88% and a wide working temperature range of -40 ~ +90%C. It also offers 4VAC I/P-O/P high isolation voltage, compliance with IEC60601-1 medical standard and continuous-mode short circuit protection etc.
The MDS20B-12 offers an input voltage of 18~36V, and an output voltage of 12V, which is suitable for medical systems and ultra low leakage current.
